We Hope Your Holiday Season
Has Been Wonderful
And
Your New Year Will Be
Safe And Happy
Hello;
2010 was a good
year for us. Everyone was healthy, for the most part. Evelyn and Zach got to
spend time in Asheville with Anna and James as well as spending a week in
California with Ginny and Joe (with a two day side trip to Seattle to visit Jim
and Ruthann). We had a great time
this summer with the Cox Family at the beach and this fall with the Wilkins Cousins
in Beaufort.

Anna is enrolled
in a program at UNC-A that will launch her toward her next degree program in
the Romance Languages. James is now being funded by his graduate program in
Appalachian Studies.
Ginny and Joe are
doing great. Ginny still enjoys her position in the Office of the President of
UC Berkeley and Joe is enjoying his position with his company, NextBio.
Robert is home
now and does a lot to keep everything running when Evelyn and Zach are not here
(and when they are).
Zach was in S‹o
Paulo, Brazil for the first two weeks of December for his company. Zach really
enjoys his vacation time now and is looking forward to switching to a
semi-retired situation in a couple of years, still may work on special projects
and consulting but not full time.
Evelyn continues
her involvement in all forms of the fiber-arts. She also continues her
volunteering with Red Cross with her current emphasis being in First Aid and
helping with the Blood Group. Additionally Evelyn continues to travel to our
house in Morehead City as much as possible and still works at the Sew-It-Seams
Quilt Shop there when she can.
